Our AC went out and Jason came out on a Sunday afternoon to provide us with an estimate. He clearly explained all of the options available to us and he also walked us through the work her would be performing. Pricing was excellent. On the day of the install, his crew installed to new AC units and I stalked the new thermostats as well. His crew was very professional and walked us through the work they performed. We are extremely pleased with their services and highly recommend them.

Jason was very quick to reach out, scheduled a time to come by on the same-day. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly determine the problem with my AC, explained it thoroughly before moving forward with repairing. Though it required extra work, Jason was able to complete the repair in no time and was very reasonably priced. Will use again in the future and would highly recommend to anyone in need of AC maintenance.

Ac went out on Saturday. I called another company but theybwere closwd so I googled and found The Goat. Glad I did! They came same day gave a diagnostic as was quick to order the part I needed and got it fixed by Monday! They were even very accomodating when I had to leave the house (between the hours they were supposed to be here) to take my son to urgent care and they were so nice about it and even sent me a nice message about hoping he is ok. I will definately be using the HVAC company from now on!

Jason is awesome. Had a unit that had a clogged condenser line so my unit wasn't working. He was able to come over quickly and resolve it. I'm also really satisfied with the preventative maintenance that my units received later on. Recommended him to my neighbors. Highly recommend to everyone else.
