Electrical and moving parts
Inspect electrical connections, test capacitors and review relays and the contactor for wear. Check motors, bearings, fans and the blower assembly as appropriate for the equipment.
Cooling performance
Check thermostat operation, airflow, compressor operation and refrigerant performance. Discuss any findings that call for a repair, leak search or additional work.

How much is The Herd Club?
The first covered residential system is $228 per year or $19 per month. Each additional system is $132 per year or $11 per month. Monthly payments are a payment option for a one year membership.
Are filters, refrigerant and repairs included?
Air filters, added refrigerant, leak searches, repairs and replacement parts are separate from the included maintenance visits. Extensive disassembly and deep cleaning beyond accessible surfaces are also quoted separately.
What if I have several ductless indoor units?
Share the number of outdoor units and indoor heads with the office. Ductless arrangements vary, so we confirm the maintenance scope and price rather than assuming the standard single system rate covers every unit.
