ONE TIME FALL CLEANING
Get your heating
ready for the season.
A cleaning and heating check for one residential HVAC system, with no membership required. This visit is for routine care of operating equipment.
We check the thermostat, electrical connections, capacitors, motors and blower operation; inspect the coils and clean accessible surfaces as needed; and inspect and clear the condensate drainage where fitted.
- For gas furnaces: accessible burner area and flame sensor cleaning, ignition and safety checks, venting review and an accessible heat exchanger inspection.
- For heat pumps: heating and defrost operation, outdoor coil care and auxiliary heat checks where fitted.
- Your technician reviews the condition of the equipment and explains any recommended repairs or additional cleaning.
Repairs, parts, filters, refrigerant, leak work and cleaning that requires substantial disassembly are separate. Let us know before booking if the system is not working.

Our real estate inspection appointment gives buyers, sellers and their representatives a chance to have the heating and cooling equipment evaluated. Share any inspection concerns or existing reports when scheduling.
Tell the office the property address, number of systems, access arrangements and any transaction deadline. We’ll confirm the visit’s scope and discuss any findings that need additional testing or repair.
This is an HVAC inspection service. Repairs and additional investigative work require a separate quote. Confirm coverage for multiple systems with our office.
