For service outside regular hours. Call the office to confirm availability and arrange the appointment. After hours visits cannot be booked online.
These prices cover the diagnostic visit. Repairs, parts, refrigerant and additional work are quoted separately. Herd Club members have no added after hours fee; diagnostic and repair charges still apply.

What isn’t working?
Warm air or long run times
Tell us whether the system is blowing warm air, struggling at a particular time of day or running without reaching the thermostat setting. We’ll check the equipment and explain the likely cause.
Weak airflow or uneven rooms
A comfort problem can involve more than the outdoor unit. We can assess airflow concerns and discuss whether filters, equipment or ductwork need further attention.
Water, ice or repeated shutdowns
Leaks, icing and a system that keeps stopping deserve a service visit. Let the office know what you’re seeing so your technician arrives with the right information.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A REPAIR VISIT
Find the cause.
Understand the repair.
Your technician will ask about the symptoms, inspect the system and perform the checks needed to narrow down the problem. Describe when it started and whether anyone has recently serviced the equipment.
We’ll explain the findings, recommend the next step and quote the work before proceeding. Parts, refrigerant, leak repairs and additional cleaning are separate from a diagnostic visit.
If a larger repair is involved, the age of the system, its condition and your plans for the home can help you decide on the next step.

Does a maintenance appointment fix a system that isn’t cooling?
Maintenance is intended for routine care. If your system is already malfunctioning, book a diagnostic service visit and describe the problem so we can arrange the appropriate appointment.
Will you add refrigerant as part of a cleaning?
A maintenance visit can include checking refrigerant performance. Added refrigerant and leak repairs are separate work and will be discussed and quoted.
What should I have ready for the technician?
Provide access to the thermostat and indoor and outdoor equipment. Share any recent service history and describe when the cooling problem occurs.
