installation.
Replacing an air conditioner involves more than choosing an outdoor unit. We review the existing system and installation conditions, talk through the rooms it serves and discuss any comfort concerns you want addressed.
Your written quote identifies the proposed equipment and installation work. Ask us to explain what is included for controls, drainage, connections and any needed ductwork. The scope matters when comparing quotes from different companies.
If you are deciding between a major repair and replacement, bring the repair findings and any other estimates. We can discuss the options, explain the proposed work and answer questions before you make a decision.
YOUR SERVICE VISIT
A useful replacement conversation.
Equipment and access
We discuss the proposed equipment, indoor and outdoor locations, installation access and related work. Your quote should make the included scope and separately priced items clear.
Price and payment
Review the written price and available payment options. Synchrony financing is available subject to credit approval; ask our team for current terms and application information.

Helpful answers.
Is the AC replacement quote free?
Yes. A system replacement quote is free and does not require you to buy a system. A diagnostic visit to identify a fault in existing equipment is a separate service.
Will a new AC solve an uncomfortable room?
That depends on the cause. Tell us about uneven rooms so we can discuss equipment, airflow and ductwork as part of the assessment. Replacement alone may not address an air distribution problem.
Can you review another company’s recommendation?
Yes. Ask about a free second opinion and provide the other company’s diagnosis or estimate. We can review the concern and explain our recommendation.
