A diagnostic visit to investigate a problem with your air conditioning system. Your technician checks the equipment, explains the findings and provides a price for any recommended repair.
AFTER HOURS DIAGNOSTIC
$199
For service outside regular hours. Call the office to confirm availability and arrange the appointment. After hours visits cannot be booked online.
These prices cover the diagnostic visit. Repairs, parts, refrigerant and additional work are quoted separately. Herd Club members have no added after hours fee; diagnostic and repair charges still apply.

What does an AC diagnostic visit cost?
A standard diagnostic visit is $99. After hours diagnostics are $199 and must be arranged by phone. These charges cover diagnosis; repairs and additional work are quoted separately.
Can I book maintenance for an AC that is not cooling?
Tell the office that the system is malfunctioning. A diagnostic appointment is the appropriate starting point, and a repair may be needed before routine maintenance can be completed.
Will you help me compare repair and replacement?
Yes. We can explain the repair recommendation and discuss the condition of the system and your plans for the home. A system replacement quote is free, so you can compare the proposed scope and price.
