THE GOAT HEATING AND COOLING
Get help with a furnace that will not heat, stops during a cycle or leaves rooms uncomfortable. We investigate the problem and explain the next step.

LOCAL PEOPLE. CLEAR ANSWERS.
Tell the office what happens when you ask the thermostat for heat. Does the blower start? Does the furnace shut off before the home warms up? Share any displayed fault code and recent service history if you have them.
The diagnostic visit gives your technician time to inspect the equipment and check the components involved. Depending on the symptoms, that may involve ignition, controls, blower operation or other heating components. We explain the findings and quote the recommended work.
An older furnace or a major repair can raise questions about replacement. We can discuss the existing equipment and provide a free replacement quote. If you already have another company’s diagnosis, ask about a free second opinion.
