Already have a dehumidifier? Share the model and symptoms when scheduling. Service may involve filters, drainage, controls or operating checks, with repairs and additional work quoted separately. Let us know about any standing water or other property work already planned.

Can you quote a dehumidifier separately?
Yes. A dehumidifier can be quoted as its own project. We review the location and installation requirements before providing the scope and price.
Will a dehumidifier fix every moisture problem?
No. The source of the moisture matters. Tell us about leaks, standing water, condensation or other property conditions so we can explain what the proposed HVAC work addresses.
Is dehumidifier maintenance included in The Herd Club?
Dehumidifier service is separate from standard residential system coverage unless it is specifically included in your agreement. Ask the office to confirm the equipment and scope.
