Heating or cooling changes
Tell us if the system works in one mode but struggles in the other, if rooms stay uncomfortable or if the thermostat cannot reach the set temperature.
THE GOAT HEATING AND COOLING
A heat pump serves your home in both seasons. Tell us whether the problem happens in heating, cooling or both so we can arrange the right diagnostic visit.

LOCAL PEOPLE. CLEAR ANSWERS.
Weak heating, cooling problems and repeated shutdowns need a diagnosis that considers the complete system. Share the thermostat setting, the affected rooms and when the symptoms occur. Let the office know about unusual auxiliary heat operation or recurring ice.
Your technician checks the equipment and controls relevant to the problem, then explains the findings. We discuss the recommended repair and its price before you authorize work. Refrigerant, leak searches, parts and additional corrective work are quoted separately.
For a larger repair, we can also discuss a replacement quote. The existing system’s condition, repair history and your plans for the property help frame that decision. You can ask questions and compare the written options.
YOUR SERVICE VISIT
Tell us if the system works in one mode but struggles in the other, if rooms stay uncomfortable or if the thermostat cannot reach the set temperature.
Share thermostat messages, unusual cycling and changes in how the indoor or outdoor unit runs. The visit starts with those observations and equipment checks.
Describe where ice appears and whether it clears. Your technician can review heating operation, defrost controls and other possible causes based on the equipment and symptoms.
