For service outside regular hours. Call the office to confirm availability and arrange the appointment. After hours visits cannot be booked online.
These prices cover the diagnostic visit. Repairs, parts, refrigerant and additional work are quoted separately. Herd Club members have no added after hours fee; diagnostic and repair charges still apply.

Gas furnaces
We investigate ignition problems, burner operation, repeated shutdowns and heating performance. Furnace service also calls for attention to venting, safety controls and the condensate system where fitted.
Heat pumps
We check heating operation and the components involved in changing between heating and cooling. We can also investigate defrost concerns and problems with auxiliary heat.
Electric heat
If the backup heat is not operating or the system cannot reach the set temperature, we can check the heating components, controls and electrical operation.

Let us know whether the unit won’t start, shuts off quickly, heats unevenly or behaves differently than it used to. A thermostat alert or a photo of the equipment label can also help identify the system.
You don’t need to know the technical cause before you call. We’ll arrange a diagnostic visit, explain the findings and provide a repair price for your approval.
For a system that is operating normally, a fall cleaning and heating check is a separate option. We tailor that visit to a furnace or heat pump rather than treating every system alike.

Does a fall visit include gas furnace cleaning?

Is an after hours appointment available online?
Please call to arrange after hours service. These appointments are not available through online booking, and our office will confirm availability.
